RULES AND REGUALTIONS Winners will be chosen based on content, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and originality of the theme: "HOW THE 40 DEVELOPMENTAL ASSETS HELP TO BUILD A BETTER YOU! "
1. You must have permission from a parent or guardian to enter the 2. Essay must be at least 100 words but not exceed 500 words. 3. Entries can be submitted July 1, 2008 - August 8, 2008 . 4. Erie City and County individuals in grades 6-12 may enter. 5. All essays will automatically become the property of Healthy Youth Development. 6.
